| I bought this (Siemens Cielo 2 Active behind the ear) thru Amazon from Express Hearing Aids for $895 plus $14.00 shipping. They had answered all my questions and were prompt and patient in doing so. I sent in my audiogram and the aid arrived in 2 days, programmed to my particular hearing deficits. Wow, is it tiny!! I have been delighted with it (and so's my wife.) The exact same unit was available for $2200 from the hospital that tested my hearing and $1399 or $1499 from web connected dealer associations.... It feels good to save that much money on a first class instrument!! and to be hearing so much better. |

| Siemens Cielo 2 Active Hearing Aid Express Hearing Aids did an outstanding job of assisting, delivering and addressing all of my questions on top of saving more than $1800.00. I'm a 1st time buyer/user so I was very concerned about getting the right product, having it properly set up and concerned about a long distance (e-purchase). I can not be more satisfied with my purchase and Express Hearing's support. Even on the weekends, they answered questions, guided me through the selection process and simply made the purchase "a piece of cake". After I received it, all I had to do was to have a local audiologist do the final set up and I was off and running. Thx. |

Siemens Cielo 2 Active Hearing Aid
Price was very reasonable and seller, Express Hearing, was extremely helpful and timely in its servicing of product. So far its programming has proven better than I anticipated. |
